How your SIM card arrives

1. Pay and tell us your arrival date and where you want the card.
2. Bring your passport. Indonesian law requires each SIM to be registered to the holder's passport, so our staff scans it at handover.
3. We insert, activate and test the SIM with you. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked.

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour date.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50%.
• No-show is charged in full.
• SIM cards cannot be refunded once registered; eSIM cannot be refunded once the QR code is sent.
