• SIM cards cannot be refunded once registered; eSIM cannot be refunded once the QR code is sent.
• Pickup is included from hotels in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur and Ubud; other areas may have a surcharge.
• Please be ready in the lobby 5 minutes before pickup time.
• Itineraries may change because of weather, traffic, ceremonies or temple closures; we always offer a fair alternative.
• Children aged 3-11 pay the child rate; under 3 travel free without a seat.
• Our drivers never force shopping stops. Report any issue from your account.
• Wear clothing that covers shoulders and knees for temples; sarongs are provided where needed.
• Women who are menstruating are traditionally asked not to enter temple grounds.
